So hopefully I can get some help after losing over $7000. This isn't even all of the communications all personal info has been deleted oh and they answer the numbers, rudely but they do:
On June 5th I responded to an ad from global-free-classified-ads.com. It was for two Capuchin Monkeys, one male and one female; Spike and Daisy, respectively. I was quickly replied to by Katerine Riz, who asked some questions and once I responded hastily pushed me to make a decision. I decided to buy the female monkey for an agreed one-time payment of $305. I repeatedly asked her for a sales contract, with a refund option as is seen in our text message conversation:

Even with my anger and KNOWLEDGE it was a scam I did two more wire transfers on June 8th both for 1500, bringing my grand total to 7405. I expected to have her the very next morning, but there was a hitch in Reno, thus the two wires in one day.

We're still on the 8th and I filed my complaints with the ic3 and econsumer.gov. The morning of June 9th at approximately 830am the nameless man called me. In my efforts to try and understand him we ended up arguing because he was demanding $800 for accommodations and food throughout the trip. I gave him a reasonable proposition: give me my refund and I will give you $800, it wasn't logical to them. He told me he was at Burbank Airport so I got in my car and drove there. The company refused to give me proof that she was even in CA, or existed. So, I went home, they may have called me one more time that day and I haven't heard from them since, almost 3days later. Hard to believe there's a monkey hanging out in LA. I figured I'd file a police report, hire a lawyer and try to get my story out to the people who can help. I knew the company would refuse to talk to me so I did some research. A lot of research; I studied every email, every contact I had and I found something in common. No matter the email address (even katerine's), each one started from a receiving IP address that began with 41....This is a Cameroon IP address. Then I found a little company called the Orange Cameroun Local Registry and later the Orange Cameroun SA, who own every single IP address I had found, both of which are owned and or operated by two people. Christian Nkone and Eric Diwouta Loth. Their address is Rue Franqueville BP. 1864, Douala Cameroon. Phone Number +23733410111 and +2379942525 and the fax number to the Orange CM office, +2373410071, even got some employees emails. I did confirm one other person and that was Bobga Jerry Henshaw Donnerson, he was the recipient on most of the wire transfers, the other one was Fru Eugene Nkefor. As for Katerine, I don't know her real persona but I do have a number for her and even though she doesn't speak english her boyfriend Josh will answer, 3473385039. I have other info that ties Christian and Eric in and that's France Telecom SA +33157361724, it is the host for most of their domains. The main two are orange.cm and sabc-cm.com there is also nil.nic.com with a cameroon IP address as well. I have hard copies of all records if they are requested.
