New Frog.

Just yesterday, I ordered some stuff from new frog, but the thing was, it lagged so when I checked my PayPal, it show no signs of transaction, so I thought it did not pass. After that, I tried it in Chrome, the transaction went through, however it also took the money for my previous transaction that didn't pass before :S? And now when I check "my order" in new frog, it doesn't have the first transaction but it has for the second one! I have proof on my PayPal because it states that the new frog did two transaction and also I have the two receipt. So I send them a message, the reply I got back was,

Dear: sona naga

Dear Sona, Thanks for your email. We have checked our account and didn't find you click twice. Please check again. Should you have any queries, please feel free to contact us. Yours faithfully, Penny

Right now, I send her a pictures of my PayPal transaction & receipts. Hopefully, they refund my money back. But the thing that worries me, they stated, "checked our account and didn't find you click twice"?!! What is that suppose to mean, I mean I have a receipt for the first one, are they really sure they checked their accounts properly?
