Do anyone have infos about this company?...are they traders/mandate for crude degummed rapeseed oil, gas, refined sunflower oil, ICUMSA 45 sugar?...

We try to close one deal(they sustain they are Seller's Mandate) but don't want to provide NCNDA/IMFPA with the Seller's data or the Mandate Contract.
They said they have the right and the confirmation to pay the commissions.
How can a Mandate pay into IMFPA commission??
If the realy are Mandate they have not to afraid they will be circumvent. Or not?...
Pls some opinion and maybe research!
