JOSE MIGUEL VIAL OCHAGAVIA E.I.R.L is a fake company representing themselves as buyer and seller of crude oil and refined fuel.

We followed all the steps of the procedures for a purchase of D6 out of Houston; they tried to change it last minute just before the Dip Test; they dragged for 4 days and it turned out they had no product and the information on the DTA was FAKED.

They tried to get more bank information from our buyer, and even tried to circumvent us. It did not work because the buyer was committed to our services.

After the operation failed we contacted the alleged seller and it turned out that they did not know Mr. Vial Ochagavia or his sales manager “Victor”.

Stay away from these crooks; fortunately we only lost time.

Any doubts I have all the documentation to back this up.

Hi Everyone. I am copying this information from 800notes. A person there got taken for $1149. Here is a copy of their posting. The web site they went to & a "whois".

I was really scammed. This 510-280-0551 number ( I spoke to him 3 times but didn;t get his name but he has you send the money via Western Union to "Stive Smith" Delhi, India. I have been taken for $1,149.00. Is there any recourse. Western Union said that they have a department for this very fradulent issue.

PLEASE don't use the web site Byusashipping.com. Everything is in California but monies are sent to Delhi India. I feel soo stupid for falling for this guy's smooth talking com job.
