first they have you order a sample to try the product out before making a big order..
After you pay for a sample ( i.e 150 dollars for a iphone or 150 for a Samsung Galaxy 4)
The sales man/woman will send an email that they made a mistake that they are new and that the minimum order is actually 1000 dollars, so that you send more money

BEWARE I have already received about 20 similar emails, some websites and pictures are almost identical

Bonjour!!!
Je me nomme Helène dupeu , 38 ans,francaise dans le 78...;j'ai été victime d'une arnaque sur un site de rencontre mais finalement ce vilain a été arrêté;alors je veux faire passer ce message afin que toute personne dans le même cas comme moi puisse savoir comment faire pour arrêter ces personnes sans scrupules.

J'ai été sur un site de rencontre sérieux,et voilà je suis tombée sur un homme qui avait le profil parfait comme je le souhaitais,nous avons beaucoup échangé et j'ai remarqué qu'on avait plusieurs points en communs,et pour ne pas mentir il était vraiment craquant sur les photos qu'il avait mise sur le site et il me plaisait bien;alors nous nous sommes mis en contact et on s'appelait,on sécrivait,et un jour il m'envoya un message pour me faire comprendre qu'il devait voyager pour l'Afrique et que cétait pour des raisons professionnelles!!!
Une fois en Afrique il m'appela avec un numéro africain et m'a expliqué que cétait le nouveau numéro qui lui a été attribué en Afrique,tout allait bien jusqu'au jour où il m'appela pour me dire que sa maison a été cambriolée et que tout ses papiers et ses biens ont été volés et qu'il avait besoin d'argent,me doutant de rien,je lui ai envoyé de l'argent,et depuis ce jour il ne faisait que me demander de l'argent et il m'a aussi parlé de ses projets et à ce que j'ai vu c'etait une bonne idée et il a demandé à ce que je finance le projet et puisque moi aussi je l'aimais je le lui ai envoyé jusqu'au jour où j'ai remarqué que cétait de l'arnaque et finalement je me suis retrouvée à mois 35000 !!!
Oui ce Mr m'a arnaqué de 35000,j'ai fais recours à la police française mais rien n'a pu été fait puisque ce salopard vivait en Afrique;jétais vraiment désespérée et un jour jétais allée sur un forum et c'est là je suis tombée sur une personne qui m'a parlé d'une association qui lutte contre arnaque africaine,je me suis mise en contact avec eux et avec ma collaboration ils ont pu mettre la main sur ce sale arnaqueur et il a été traduit en justice et moi je me suis fais rembourser des 35000 avec 15000 de dédommagement.
Je remercie beaucoup cet inspecteur car grace à lui et son équipe j'ai pu reprendre gout à la vie

Donc je fais passer ce message pour que toute personne ayant été arnaquée par ces salauds d'africains fasse recours à cette association.

I really appreciate the info gained from this forum. Thank you.

A friend of mine just got offered Russian Diesel Gas GOST 305-82 from an Indonesian guy from PT Aneka Tambang Istiqomah Sejahtera, who bought a shipment from Oil Trade Ltd, Voskova House, St Petersburg, Russia.

The documents are exhaustive and requires no advance payment from my friend.

I did some googling but could not find any info on the Indonesian and Russian companies. But I noticed Oil Trade Ltd is listed in Ali Baba as an unverified seller. To me it is strange for a Petroleum product supplier to be listed in Ali Baba.

Phone numbers on Ali Baba and in Russia are different but both reflected Russian numbers.

Then I checked the web address oiltrade-ltd.ru which was taken from it's email address but it is directed to a default page of the domain registrar they used.

I did a who-is, and the domain was registered in April this year, about 5 months ago.

I could be wrong, but I have a strong feeling that the Indonesian guy is a fraudster and made up the Russian company. Or probably both sides are working together in this scheme.

It could be genuine but there are tell tale signs which indicates otherwise. Opinions from fellow forum members are greatly appreciated.
