Electron World

Hi does anyone know where the owner of Electron world is,Maximilian Salter? They scammed me into byuing a cellphone over the internet an shortly after the website was down and has been since,I tried calling the phone number in NZ but no answer,e-mails no reply,blogs no reply,and I see there are others too that have the same problem.Even the page on Facebook is now gone.They have many people's credit card details and I don't want to think what can happen...
Anyone interested in helping,please,I already notified police in NZ to start investigating...
