Dear Client ,
After a long struggle with the pet official at the pet control , they were insisting to put your puppy in to quarantine , and they were saying that it shall take 6 months to stay in to quarantine before they shall ship the puppy of to your destination , but we the company on our part tried all we could to tell them that our client badly needed his pet and we explained all what you have passed through just to get this dog delivered over to your home , but they were still adamant to send the dog to quarantine.
so when we asked them if there is no solution in to it , the told us that the puppy shall need license before they shall let it go , so they told us that the dog would need a CITE PERMIT (pet license) before it can be delivered. They said it shall cost a refundable deposit of £550 for the license to be issued , so we told them to give us the license so that we can send it to you , since you need a copy of it to sign and resent the signed copy to us so that we shall present it to them as a prove that you are the rightful owner with your signature on it .
So here is the attached copy of the document which you are requested to print it out, signed the printed copy, send it , and which you had signed it, scanned the signed copy and attached it and resent it to this same email address as soon as possible .
There after , you go ahead and make the deposit of the £550 , so that the puppy would take the next available delivery at your home tomorrow at 12:25 pm .
You shall be using the same address that you have being using to make the first and second payment , please keep all your receipt for verification.
