There are several companies in Vietnam asking for support or for project financing and at the end they do not fulfil their contractual obligations, doesn't pay the invoices and send fraudulent documents. Some lokal bank officers also support these companies. So please be careful to deal with following companies:
(1) Dong Minh Company Ltd., 15 Cat Linh Street, Ha Noi, Vietnam, represented by Mr. Do Ngoc Minh
This company submitted a History of Fund saying that they have cash funds but this was wrong. This company couldn't proof any funds confirmed by its bank. Do Ngoc Minh is running arround asking for a credit line using for 10% funding as basis for project financing to receive another credit line. But he cannot pay the interest rates and foreign companies should pay his bills upfront.
(2) Southern Industrial Material Trading Corporation (SIMTRA), E202 Son Ky apartment, CC5 Street, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu Dist, HCMC, Vietnam, represented by Mr. Nguyen Son Cao
Same as No.1 above !!
