Fraudulent site?

I purchased only three jerseys from this site. The price seemed to good to be true, and that's usually the case. the web site is

The price for each jersey was 18 including shipping. After receiving payment, the person who sent me email hasn't responded with confirmation number or anything in over two weeks.

I guess I'm one of those who stupidly took a chance and gave somebody $54.00
