Are these Chinese tech sites scammers?

I am about to buy a cell phone to China. My first attempt couldn't be more disaterous...
I sent money using money gram to www.chinaecarts.com
I think I've been scammed really hard... I've lost contact with sales@chinaecarts.com since I've made the payment... Anyway I don't want to believe all china resellers are scammers...so I ask if someone knows about those web sites....that were in fact my second choice but finally purchased in www.chinaecarts.com cause they told me they had the model I ask for... and the price was weirdly low...
