www.tbdol.co.uk is this company legit?

Hi,
I have been looking online for a specific laptop ...
I have found it on this site www.tbdol.co.uk for approx £70 cheaper than all other sites.
I was going to purchase it but thought i would google the company to see if anyone had done any reviews about the company and i found one article on MMS website saying that they hadn't received their goods or money back and it was in the hands of trading standards.
The post was posted in January but no follow has been added , so i don't know what the outcome was...

I am now wary whether or not to buy the laptop as there is no phone number for the company listed on their site, just a fax number and email address.
There is a london address also listed on the contact us page.
