Ich aergere mich gerade ueber aliexpress. Null Beschwerdemanagement aber frech und wollen Unterlagen nachdem man betrogen worden ist. Das ist meine Antwort:

I have started to cancel the credit card payment.
I have asked support to help, but I only received idiotic emails
with no relation to what has happened. Unfortunately I do not
have time to deal with companies like Aliexpress:
1) Lost numerous shipments, because went back to sender when
I am sick and the sender doesnt even respond or resend. The same will
happen to your site then it will be better. You will never again sell
something under 10 EUR.
Amount Fraud 100 EUR
2) Lost weeks of time during that period sellers cancelled my orders and
raised their prices. I will do this. Then it will be better!
Amount working time on ordering while sellers do not keep their offer
without reason and without communicating:
Amount Fraud 200 EUR
3) Had unpleasant conversations with "security"(obvioulsy not the
slightest idea what happens on their platform) and sends form emails.
I will do this from now. The first email will be a claim for fraud
to your police and then you will receive copies of it back.
You have made damage of 300 EUR - you can decide to pay it in one
weeks time span or I will provide you with some security and
I will bill you!
Of course fraudulent people will never receive any material or personal data.
My next Email is to to the embassy so that you will receive
a lecture about customer care. I will blur your credit card so that you
will never forget what is the difference between working and ****ing
customers. I will do that, because this posting is in 3 forums in 10 minutes.
Then it will be better.
And you will excuse yourself very very nicely. I will do that also better
and then it will be better, because I will explain how to buy directly in china.
