What is the main point of this job?
You, as our regional representative acting on our behalf, get the money from one client and send the money to another customer. The rest of the work (clients search, sale/purchase offer etc.) is done by the proffesional real estate agents from the head office.
What are the working conditions?
Work at home.
Timetable: 1-2 hours per day, 2-4 days per week.
You do not need any special knowledge, we provide you a fast, short and efficient training course.
No fees, donations, loans etc. are required!
How much will I earn?
Salary is 1400 pounds per month.
You get a bank transfer 1400 pounds every 30 days after the conclusion of an employment agreement with us.
Taxes and fees:
All taxes are included in each transaction. All taxes are paid by MC Real Estate Holding AG in the UK. This helps to avoid double taxing and frees you from tax burden.
Commission fees of various payment systems, such as Western Union, Money Gram, etc. are paid out of the total transaction amount. Attention! Your 3% are only for you, commission fee should be paid from the remaining amount of the transaction.
Licenses and permits:
We have all necessary licenses and permits, including international, to conduct our type of business. MC Real Estate Holding AG is the officially registered Swiss company with a good history and excellent reputation. All necessary documents can be viewed on our home page.
