i have found this website and would like your input please,
i have a company sharing lighting co ltd that does LED lights, i will give you all the info i have and if you could help identify whether or not they are likely to be fraud scammers or legit i would be much appreciative
they have an aliexpress store with 750 odd feedback, never any for non delivery

they have sent me 2 Certificates that look legit and their prices are good, ive chatted to Indy but thats about it.
address on the certificates - Unit 04,7/F Bright Way Tower,no.33 Mong kok road, Kl.
both are from from CTC compliance Service co LTD -
one is cert of EMC compliance - cert number CTC110827091E
one is cert of LVD compliance - cert number CTC110827091S
any help will be appreciated.
