I have been looking for a Samoyed for sometime now and came across this one. Just a quick search shows this same story across various dog breeds. Posting on Craigslist throughout multiple states.Mississippi, Colorado, Arkansas, Georgia.

and the babies are use to so much love, care and attention, which we
can no longer give them. also, they are not very use to the
environment here.
the puppies are not for sale, so we are demanding no fee for them. the
only thing i ask from u is to take proper care of them.
so we are going to ship the puppies over to you from Colorado. the
$300 will be the shipping cost for one puppy,and also for the change
of ownership papers of the puppies to your names, and it is all you
will have to spend for one puppy to be delivered to you right at your
door step.
