Scam or Real? Chinese Web Site

I am from Mexico and I want to import some merchandise from China, specifically fantasy jewelry. I found a web site that offers beautiful merchandise. So I want to know if that company is reliable or it is a scammer. I had make a little research of this enterprise and I have found some information of them, please help me to decode the information and to know if the company really exist or not.
