Hi, I am planning on importing used cooking oil for biodiesel from china. Most companies don't accept LC payment, they mostly also have very low prices, so I already scratched those from my list of optional sellers. Some of them accept "100% LC on sight payment" and offer reasonable prices would you consider these companies safe to do business with, or should I at least consider doing some form of inspection on these companies.
Do any of you have experience with a 100% LC on sight payment where things went wrong i.e. you lost your money, the goods didn't arrive/not in proper condition and you didn't get a refund, etc.
