Are Dalian Ruishengda International Trade Co.,Ltd. legit

Hi can someone please check for me if this company is legitimate. I have already done some researching on the web and the lok pretty real. their website has been registered for 7 years now(whois.domaintool). I found them via tradekey they are a 3 year goldmember with 5000 trustpoints, so that's pretty good. I want to order a couple of tons of used cooking oil from them there prices are very reasonable not to high or to low, compared to other scammers who were much to low.
