A person who calls himself Frank Mwandosya from Tanzania called me to my cell phone, saying that he has 50 KG of gold dust that he wants to sell, but does not want to be involved in local market, He says he got my information from my county´s embassy in Kenia. He is offering to pay for my travel expenses to Tanzania so I can travel there and finalize the deal. He says no money is to be paid untill I get the cold to my refiner and confirm purity and weight. Is there a way for me to check how legitimate his offer may be ?
