Is this company safe?

I am in contact with Ava Hu an alleged representative of this company regarding the purchase of smartphones. Their prices aren't incredibly low, plus she sent me some Excel product brochure that actually look authentic, as I've seen similar catalogs from other companies in the past. I haven't found any complaints from their main website, or their Tradekey one. But I thought I'd get a second opinion being the novice that I am.
