JOINING DATE: 11th April 2013. On this day you are to report at 8:00 a.m. to the Human Resources Department at the Company premises where you will be provided with packet containing information on EPC Oil & Gas Sdn Malaysia, Benefits, facilities, job roles and responsibilities; you will as well attend an orientation program before proper job commencement.
Should you accept this job offer, per Company policy you'll be eligible to receive the following:
• Salary: Monthly Net starting salary of $ 12,650.00 (Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars) paid through your preferred choice of payment either international certified Company draft or telegraphic Transfer / Bank wire. (This salary is your take home after every Malaysian Tax deductions have been effected)

• Contract Duration: 2 Years (but renewable)

Accommodation ( Five-Bed-Room Apartment for married staffs relocating with their family and Two-Bed-Room Apartment for single staff, this accommodation is free) alongside accommodation allowances.
Free Transportation, from home to place of work every day alongside transportation / automobile allowances.

Payment of your initial Six (6) months upfront salary upon completion of the procurement of your Visa and Work and Residence Permit

JOINING US:
1. Interview: There shall be no other form of interview as this is an online recruitment process and your basis of selection were strongly based on your professional experience and some core values found in your resume by the screening department, there will only be an orientation and training section for you to educate you more on your environment and the challenges facing you.
2. Residence and Work Permit / Visa: On confirmation that you have completed your Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation which is required before you can be a full employee and before we can secure Malaysian Work and Residence Permit / Visa, EPC Oil & Gas Sdn Malaysia, will immediately procure your Malaysian Work and Residence Permit / Visa and if you are coming with the members of your family, your family Visa will as well be procured by EPC Oil & Gas Sdn Malaysia.
3. Flight Ticket: Your flight ticket fee will also be sent to you by the management of EPC Oil & Gas Sdn Malaysia, to enable you purchase your flight ticket in time; fee for family flight ticket will also be issued to you if we are aware that you are relocating with the members of your family.
4. Reimbursement: You will be provided with our Reimbursement Application Form where you are expected to fill out all expenses incurred by you while completing your Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation and every other expenses you absorbed in the course of joining us, while submitting the form back you are to attach receipt of these expenses you mentioned in the reimbursement form as valid proof that such expenses were actually made by you.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS
Due to the high rise of contract break up in Malaysia, the management has made it mandatory that every prospective employee who wishes to work with us must first procure an Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation from the Malaysian Crown Court of Justice stating that he / she will honor the terms of contract therein till the end of its duration before the management can go ahead and secure the residence and work permit / Visa of the successful applicant; This is coming as a result of high rise in the number of employee’s that decamp their duty post and end their contract without prior notice of us. Procurement of this affidavit will further highlight you have accepted to honor the contract till its expiration; this Affidavit is obtainable only at the Malaysian High Court of Justice through an accredited attorney representing the applicant (Employee). Once you obtain the Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation, you are required to send to us via e-mail scanned copies of the following documents which will aid us procure your Residence and Work
Permit / Visa:

EPC Oil & Gas Sdn Malaysia will procure your Residence and Work Permit and fax all your documents to the Malaysian Embassy in your place of Residence to them to facilitate your Visa. Within a space of 7 working days your papers were faxed to the Malaysian Embassy we shall notify you on when to go to the Malaysian Embassy in your place of residence for the endorsement of your international passport with your two (2) years Malaysian Visa permit. NOTE: You’ll not pay for visa fee, as we shall do that on the process of applying for your Visa through the Malaysian Embassy in your place of residence.
NOTE: You are to process your Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation and EPC Oil & Gas Sdn Malaysia will start the processing of your traveling documents only on sight of your Affidavit of Guarantee and Letter of Attestation to show seriousness in joining the team.
