This scam appears to represent a legitimate company. A few minor details such as the @live.com email address, the fact that whoever wrote this letter can not spell the word INTEREST correctly, and that email address that was forged on the header was impersonating the government of Paraguay are the major clues that this email is a scam. Not to mention the fact that legitimate lenders don't send out emails looking for customers.
