Subject: CONTRACT AWARDING NOTICE

We have the express approval of the entire members of the special project implementation dept. of the CENTRAL AFRICAN STATES DEVELOPMENT & REHABILITATION COMMISSION from their headquarters here in the REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON to communicate the award of the contract for the supply of goods at the total contract value worth of your pro-forma invoice with the ref: N°5/2013 dated 15:01:2013 amounting to the sum of: EUR: 972,599.00( say: nine hundred and seventy two thousand five hundred and ninety nine euros only) This final confirmation follows our last crucial meeting concluded today the 24th of January 2013. The authenticity of your payment has been confirmed and ascertained.
Your payment allocation schedule shall be passed to the paying bank ATLANTIQUE BANQUE OF CAMEROON through which your contract payment will be effected after contract signing completion, as your award announcements has been published and announced over the radio and local TV with other notice sent to all other bidders to stop and consider this tender awarded.
You are therefore required to fill the form attached and return for the registration of your company in the committee/ foreign affairs data base and you are to come forward to the Intl. Payment dept. of the CASDRC at the Foreign Contract Inspectorate Bureau in Cameroon on or before the 28th of January latest for pre signing arrangements and acquaintance toward the signing scheduled on 29th of January 2013 for the signing of the contract Agreement and Funds release /other finalisation documents for the immediate release of your payment. This is necessary because in conformity with the regulation of the ECCAS which is the regional governor of the CASDRC its required that all Intl. contract will be signed here only after which the contract payment will be wired after the contract signing completion here as attached are the agreement draft for your perusal and comments for any amendment if required for our consideration before the official signing day.
Alternatively if you can not come forward to Cameroon on or before the above given date, you have the option of appointing a Cameroon accredited attorney who has attained the level of senior advocate of Cameroon (SAC) to represent your firm for the signing and finalisation stages by asking us or your local agent to advise you one.
Your contract number is: 520/CASDRC/FCB/12-130124/7112101RC this contract numbers must be quoted in all future correspondence otherwise such correspondence shall be considered invalid as the committee will re-allocate this contract to another firm if till the scheduled date we have not received you or your legal representative.
