I received a query the other day about an immigration agent, their question and my reply follow. Please also read the following link if you are planning to use such an agency, although it refers to Canada the information is useful for any country.
Canada Immigration Consultants
I read your postings in this forum and those are very useful to save us from being scammed/ Fraud. Now can you please tell me wheather job offer from Jolly International (Web.- www.jollyinternational.com) is scam/ fraud or not.
We like to thank you very much to guide us in this way.
"Jollyinternational" appear to be a Gujurahti based immigration consultant.
They have only had a web site since February 2012 valid to Feb 2013 and they hide their web registration address. This is in itself suspicious.
They are not an employment agency, so I would not expect them to be offering jobs. If they say that can get you a visa and a job, then it is most likely a scam.
Some of the things they claim on their web site are incorrect and a lot of the text has been cut and pasted from other sites. They cannot act on your behalf when making applications, they just fill out the forms you can do yourself.
I cannot find anything that says that they are scammers, but the visa agent industry is full of people who offer much and then provide nothing.
There is not reason to use such people to obtain a foreign visa. You should contact directly the embassy/consulate of the country that you wish to travel to and they will provide all the information you need.
