Hello, I need help finding if someone knows CHELYABINSK OIL REFINERY. I am in the process of signing FCO but the fact they will invoice my client with visitation to the refinery scares me. The cost is almost US$19,000 including, meals, refinery tickets, hotel, etc. An the fact that the web site is almost new, makes me think about scam. Need help is someone knows the refinery or have done any deal before with them. Thank you.
