My husband was offered a position in Scotland as a Logistics Supervisor beginning Jan 14th, 2013.
His resume is out there as he is currently looking for new work. The email sent to him was professional and from a Mr Chris Williams, HR Director of Cosalt.
There was a questionnaire that he needed to fill out, much like a judgment review with questions such as, the hardest decision you ever had to make outside of the work force, handling of major changes and challenges, strongest characteristic, weakest characteristic, etc. so far, so good.
He was told that he would receive an answer for the position on the 27th of Nov, which was five days from the questionnaire being presented. He got one - a contract that was lovely, well done and proper.
He wanted more info, so he had the contract (which was sent via email) reviewed by his brother and a lawyer, but while he waited, he attempted to call the number provided. It didn't work very well. (442036083542).
He then contacted HR at Cosalt directly, in Scotland. Scam.
At least 30 others have called them as well.
No money was requested before we found out, though the topic of the workers permit before first months salary was mentioned, in the contract.
The email even had a confidential statement with the proper website and admin email listed at the bottom. This person went to a lot of trouble to scam.
