I have checked the transfer number in this email in western union and the money is ready for pick up. I don't believe that western union would do this.
How are they able to do this? I am not giving them any of my details as I have a gold card with western union already so they do not need this information. I have removed the reference number as the number is valid when I chected it out in the western union site
