Did I get a bite?

I have a couple things for sale on my local craigslist.com, so receiving e-mails of this nature was expected. If I had not found out about people scamming the 419 scammers and all I probably wouldn't have been as suspicious. Anyway, here's what got me questioning:

I received two e-mails from an address that doesn't appear on any search for known 419 scammers, this is why I wanted to ask. Each e-mail was inquiring about a separate item, but asked the exact same question. They inquired on the condition and price of the items in question. Not expecting a reply, I say send "price and condition are on site."

Well, I just received this e-mail:

"okay i live and work in Utah.i would have picking or shipping of the
item to my grandson,but my presence @ my work place wont give me the
chance.am purchasing the item as a gift for my grandson who works at
the US EMBASSY in West Africa.So i will be adding $50 to ship to my
grandson in west africa.since your cost price is $450..payment will be
sent to you by sending me your full name and pay pal email address for
pay pal or you send your full name and contact address for merchant
express money order delivery at your doorstep.and then payment will be
sent immediately will be waiting for your reply.Thanks..."
