How to check China business license?

Hi everyone,


I have gone through this excellent page; http://www.bili.biz/check-chinese-company.php about how to check on businesses.
Just recently received the licenses from two manufacturers in China. Problem is the sites to check them are chinese with no English translation. Google doesn't seem to work at all on it.
Both businesses are in Shandong Province so I need this site to check; http://www.sdaic.gov.cn/

But can't find any of the text billi.biz refers to.

Any sugestions?
