I have bought 2 car DVD/GPS/Radio units from Guangzhou Cylink Electronic Technology Limited in May 2012, for US$617.76. I blame myself for being taken in, because they had refused to accept Escrow payments, via Alibaba.com. I have paid by PayPal. The 2 units have arrived, but the radio did not work properly. It garbled very badly. When I have written to their Mr Cheng, I got a lecture on the differences between AM and FM transmissions. After I sent a video, on how bad the radio was, he suggested that, he sends 2 radio modules and I have them replaced, at his cost. You can hear the quality of the radio by clicking

I had the modules replaced at a cost of AU$80 (AU$ is almost on par with US$), but it made no difference.
Eventually, he has agreed to refund the repair cost and purchase money (total of $697.76), provided, I returned the units. I have shipped back the 2 units, but he refused to accept delivery! That is a new one on me! I neither have the goods, nor the money.
So far, have not received a red cent back! I took it to an Alibaba dispute. They fund that the refund is due and the matter is pending. He has dragged the matter out, as much he could. For instance he wrote back, that I should go back to PayPal and press the Refund Button. There are only 2 things wrong with that. The refund would not cover the repair cost, that was not a PayPal transaction, and there is no refund button on the purchasers side. Only vendors get refund button.
To drag the time he has made several similar suggestions. He suggested also that the refund button would appear, if I go to a PayPal dispute. Except you cannot have a PayPal dispute if the payment is more than 45 days old.
If I include the cost of installation in the test car and the cost of returning the units, my losses are over $1000!
I did not mention that these units were supposed to have a warranty of 1 year.
These people are totally dishonest and the products I have received are not marketable. It is rubbish. Do business with them at your own peril!
