Have I been scammed?

I have been in contact with someone I met on a dating website since December 2011. He has been stranded in the UK since December, bought gold, didnt have correct certificate to take gold out of UK, had accident, was hospitalised, lost the passport, had no money to pay hotel, and hotel would not release his gold without payment. He has asked me to contact the below, and claim total funds held in account at Guangdong Development Bank, UK, in his mothers name.
